Pencil Pro's <a href="https://trypencil.com/legals/pencil-pro-terms-and-conditions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">terms and conditions</a> set out how Pencil uses your data. Pencil does not use your content to train or improve Pencil's general technology or any third-party AI model.

The only models trained on your data are Dedicated Models for your workspace, such as your performance prediction model. Pencil never shares them with other customers, so anything a Dedicated Model learns from your data works only for you.

Pencil holds SOC 2 Type I and Type II attestations.
