Why should I connect my Media Accounts?
In order to connect your TikTok Account navigate to Settings > Integrations, and alongside TikTok, click 'Connect your ad account(s)':
You will then be prompted to login with your TikTok account credentials:
Once logged in, you will need to grant access to the relevant permissions and then click 'Confirm':
Next, a popup within Pencil will appear asking you to select the ad account(s) that you want to connect with TikTok. Select the ad account(s) that you want to use to send ads to TikTok and receive Insights on and press 'Save':
The TikTok ad account should now show as 'Connected' and 'Predictions Trained' and is ready to use.
