The reset link in the email expires after 24 hours.

If you’re unable to log in to Pencil and you are not using Single Sign-On (SSO), there’s no need for your account to be deleted or for a new invite to be sent. You can simply reset your password from the login page.

If the link has expired, simply return to the login page and click Forgot Password?

1. Enter your registered email address.
2. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
3. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
